JackCOFFEYPassed away suddenly at home on 21st May, aged 87 years. Treasured son of the late John and Edith, devoted brother of Peter and the late Terry & Yvonne, dear brother-in-law of Richard, Maureen and Sandra, much loved uncle and cousin who will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all his family and friends. On Wednesday 19th June, Jack will be received into Hollinwood Crematorium at 2.00pm for service and committal.
