JonathanCOLLIEPassed away at home in his sleep aged 57 years.
He was a beloved Partner, Father, Stepfather, Brother and Friend.
His light has gone but he will never be forgotten.
A funeral service for Jon will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium
on Thursday 20th August at 4.30pm.
There will be a live webcast available for people who cannot attend.
Family flowers only please.
