Steve, Chris and Kate would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all relatives, friends and colleagues for their moving cards, letters and expressions of support and sympathy following Sue's death. The generous donations to the Douglas Macmillan Hospice and Cancer Research UK were also greatly appreciated. We would especially like to thank the District Nurse Team for their care and support and also the Douglas Macmillan Hospice and their Hospice at Home staff.
