Ann PatriciaCOLLINGTONOn 25th November 2023 peacefully at Kirkwood Hospice, following a short illness bravely borne, aged 76 years of Waterloo, formerly of Kirkheaton.
Ann was much loved and will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
A private funeral service will be held at Huddersfield Crematorium on Wednesday 13th December a 10:00am.
Family flowers only please by request, donations may be made in lieu if so desired to Kirkwood Hospice, for which a plate will be available as you leave the service.
