AdaCOLLINSAged 89 years Passed away peacefully on 6th October 2018. Her great sense of humour was appreciated by both family and friends and she will be greatly missed. The funeral service will be held on Friday 2nd November, 2.00pm at Swansea Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired, may be made to Parkinsons Disease Society UK in the donation box provided. Family request no black to be worn.
