PatCOLLINSThe family of the late Mrs Pat Collins wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind support, messages and cards of sympathy which has been very much appreciated, and for attending the funeral service of their loved one; also for the donations received in memory of Pat for Cornwall Hospice Care, St Julia's Hospice.
