SamuelCOLLINSPassed away peacefully in hospital on Tuesday 3rd February 2026, aged 37 years. Beloved son of Richie. Sam will be reunited with his late mother Sandra and his brothers, Adam and Richard.
The funeral service will take place on Thursday 26th February at St Thomas' Church, Lydiate, at 11am, followed by the committal at Thornton Crematorium.
Family flowers only, however donations, if desired, are being collected for Cancer Research UK.
Sam will forever be remembered.
