JeanCONLANCONLAN - JEAN, August 10, 2021. Peacefully passed away aged 74 years. Beloved wife of Tommy, much loved sister of Irene, devoted Mum of Paul, Jackie & Gary. Loving Nana to Matthew, Sam, Adam, Lucy & Derin. Jean will be sadly missed by all her loving family, friends and all who knew her. Funeral service and cremation to be held at Thornton Crematorium on Tuesday 24th August at 15:00.
