CarolCONNORand the family of the late Sam Connor wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues for cards, letters, phone calls and sympathy received during their recent bereavement and for their support throughout Sam's long illness; grateful thanks to Dr Windsor and the Oncology Unit in Ninewells Hospital and particular thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Tarvit Ward, Adamson Hospital for the special tender care given to Sam; special thanks to Rev Jim Campbell for his words of comfort and uplifting service, and to all who contributed to the service and attended the church and graveside; thanks also to William Jordan and Sons (Funeral Directors) Ltd for their assistance and to Meldrums Hotel for their hospitality. The sum of £1,110 was donated for Prostate Cancer UK and Tarvit Ward, Adamson Hospital, Cupar.
