NicholasCONSTANCECONSTANCE Dr Nicholas David MBBS DRCOG DCH MRCGP. Of St Andrews Fife, formally of Padstow, died peacefully at home on the 24th of May 2010 aged 47 years after a long illness bravely borne with his family at his side. Loving Husband of Alison, dear Daddy to Beth and Tom, loving Son of Norman and the late Lillian, Brother to Allison and Phillip and proud Uncle to his many Nieces and Nephews. Funeral service at St Leonards church, St Andrews, Fife on Wednesday 2nd of June 2010 at 12.30 p.m followed by a memorial service at Padstow parish church to be arranged at a future date.

Dear Nick,
As another year passes without you in our lives, our hearts ache especially as today would have been your 63rd birthday. Love you and miss you every day, you would be so very proud of Beth & Tom, they have both done so well, your niece and nephew’s too. Always remembered and always loved.

If I have the correct person, I did my GP training scheme at the same time as Nick in Redhill Surrey. I later bumped into him in Southampton. So sorry to hear this sad news. Remembering the times, some difficult, on the wards.

Remembering too our very dear and loved mum, Lillian Constance, the best mum and nan ever. Missed and loved every day, Norman, Allison & Pete, Matt & Ben, and all the precious grandchildren she sadly didn’t get to meet.
