CONWAY HAZEL WINIFREDPassed away peacefully at Basildon Hospital on 15th February 2013, with her family by her side. Our thanks to the doctors and nurses on AMU West Ward for all the care, compassion and dignity shown. Much loved mother to Anne, Eric and Charles, mother-in-law to David, loving nan to Michael, (Maya), Christopher and Stephen and great nan to Isaac and Dexter. The family would like to thank all those who sent cards and messages of sympathy and everyone who attended Hazel's funeral on Tuesday 5th March and generously donated towards S.N.A.P in Brentwood. Your support is a great comfort to us all. Our special thanks to John at F.E.Farrer Funeral Directors, Ella at the Bentley Crematorium and the Rev. Frances Drake, for their guidance, care and professionalism, which contributed to a very special day and celebration of Hazel's life. Also all at Ashwells Country Club for the excellent reception and Sheila at Writtle Road Nursery for the beautiful floral arrangements. Hazel leaves this world a better place and the family take comfort that she is watching over them, with her lovely smile and a twinkle in her eye.
