Lesley PaulineCOOKCOOK - LESLEY PAULINE. 11th November 2015. Passed away peacefully after a long illness at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd with her daughter by her side aged 70 years. Beloved wife of the late Bryan, loving Mother of Russell, James and Ceridwen, cherished Nanna to all her Grandchildren. Lesley will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and many friends. Funeral Service and Committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Tuesday 24th November at 11a.m. Family flowers only but donations in lieu of flowers will be gratefully received towards Marie Curie.
