John, James, Caroline, Laura and family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at the Intensive Care Unit at the CGH who looked after Christine in her final days and also the Parkinsons nurse specialists at the Derby City Hospital. Thanks also to Paul and Michael at S. Sigley & Sons for the excellent funeral arrangements and the Rev'd Eric Tomlinson for a lovely service, also to everyone who donated in memory of Christine. We raised £2,700.00 in total which will be forwarded on to the Parkinsons Disease Society and the Intensive Care Unit at the CGH.
