BrianCOOKPassed away peacefully aged 74 years on Wednesday 22nd July 2020 at Whiston Hospital. An adoring husband of 42 years to his late wife Helen and loving father to his two sons Philip and Robert and son in law Adam. He was predeceased by his father Harold, his mother Annie, his brothers Ronnie and Allan and sister Beryl and leaves behind his sister Marjorie. He will be sadly missed by all and will remain forever in our hearts. His funeral will be held on Monday 3rd August 2020 at 11.00 am at Widnes Crematorium. Due to current restrictions, admission to the chapel is by family invitation only. Mourners are welcome to gather outside the chapel, observing an appropriate social distance to listen to the funeral service.
