HayleyCOOKPeacefully at home on 18th July after a short illness, Hayley aged 44 years. Dearly loved Daughter of Brenda and the late Alan. Cheeky Sister of Mandy and Gary. Special Auntie of Lauren, Adam, Dylan, Connor and Jack and also a beloved Sister-in-Law of Stuart. Hayley will also be much loved and fondly remembered by everyone who knew her.
Service and Cremation takes place in the Bluebell Chapel, Stockton Crematorium on Friday 1st August at 12:30pm.
Would friends please meet at the Crematorium Chapel. Casual clothing to be worn please at the family’s request.
Family flowers only please by request, donations in lieu if so desired to Aysgarth short term care unit, Stockton.
