BernardCOOKPassed away suddenly but peacefully at the QMC on 9th November 2025, aged 95 years. Now reunited with his beloved Doreen. A much loved Dad to Lorraine and Sandra, Father in Law to Dennis, a loved Grandad to Kerry, Lee and Becky, and Great Grandad to Courtney, Emily and Lacey.
A celebration of Bert's life will be held on Thursday 4th December 2025, at 1:30pm at Trent Valley Crematorium.
Family flowers only but donations if desired can be made to Treetops Hospice, or at the end of the service.
