James EdwardCOOKE"Ted" West Midlands Police Mounted Inspector (retired) Passed away peacefully on 29th August 2019 aged 83 years Beloved husband to Jean, Dad to Jane, Anne and Charles, Grandad to Katharine, Becky, Jack, Tom, Nicky, Amy, Sam and Jamie. Sadly missed by us all.
