DerekCOOPERThe family of the late Derek Cooper would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown during this recent sad bereavement. A very special thanks to go to the doctors and staff of the I.C.U. and H.D.U. Wards of James Cook University Hospital for all that they did for Derek whilst he was in their care.
