Janet AnnCORNELIUSIt is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Janet Cornelius on Tuesday June 24 2025 at the age of 77 years, after a short battle with cancer.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son Bernard (Gwen) Cornelius, daughters Michelle (Alf) Cornelius Stewart, Louise (Simon) Cox, grandchildren Josh (Kyla) Cox, Adam Cox, Megan Cornelius. As well as numerous relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her loving husband Bernard, both parents Richard and Gladys, brother Richard.

A funeral service will be held at 2.30pm Thursday July 17 2025 at Lodge Hill Crematorium, Birmingham B29 5AA.

Family flowers only. Memorial donations to Cancer Research UK.

Nan was a wonderful lady who I feel like we should all strive to be more like, she was the most selfless person I have ever known, not once would she put herself first before anyone and if you was in need you know she would be the first one there with you. I wish there was more words than just "I miss you" to tell you how much I do.

I saw a quote that read, 'if love could've saved you, you would've lived forever.' Nan you were truly one in a million. Your bravery, your warmth and your kindness. You used to tell people how proud you were of me , I hope you know how proud I was of you. I miss you in ways that words can't understand, and I'll love you forever Nanny.
