DenisCORNESPeacefully in the care of the staff at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Denis aged 75 years. A loving and devoted Husband of Pat, much loved Dad of Jason, Kathleen, Georgina, Rachel, Andrew, Mark, Charlene and Michael and a treasured Grandad and Great Grandad. Denis will be missed by all who knew him.

Funeral service will take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 11th April at 1:30pm.

Donations if desired will be gratefully received for the RNIB and the Midlands Air Ambulance In memory of Denis.
