Shirley AnnCORNFIELDPassed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on August 20th aged 82 years. Devoted and loving wife to Harry. Dearly loved mam to Susan, Denise, Kevin, Andrew, Martin, Stephen, Malcolm and Gary. Loving nanna and great nanna, also a dear sister to Tilly, Drena and Marilyn. Would family and friends please meet for service and cremation at the Chapel of St Bede, Teesside Crematorium on Monday September 3rd at 4pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu for the Renal Unit, James Cook University Hospital.
