MichaelCOSTELLOSadly passed away in hospital with his Son and two of his Daughters by his side. Aged 81 years. Mike will be lovingly remembered and very sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service and Cremation to take place at Walton Lea Crematorium on Thursday 28th July at 11:20am. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to St Rocco's Hospice, Warrington.
