Brian TerenceCOULDWELLGillian, Stephen, Julie and Beverley would like to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues for their kind expressions of sympathy, letters, cards of condolence and generous donations received for St. Thomas Church and Kirkwood Hospice following their sad loss. The attendance of so many at the Service was a great tribute to Brian and was very much appreciated by the Family. Our special thanks to Dr. John Priestman and the Kirkburton District Nurses for their compassionate care and support during the last two years. Thank you to everyone who in any way helped to support Brian, especially the Consultants and Nursing Teams at Calderdale and Huddersfield Foundation Trust, St. James' University Hospital, Roundhay Hall, Leeds, the former Cookridge Hospital, Kirkwood Hospice and the evening and night nurses. Thank you to Rev. Sean Robertshaw for his visits and comforting service and to John Halstead for reading the tributes from the family. Our gratitude is extended to the Woodman Inn for the excellent refreshments and to Highfield Funeral Service for their professional and caring funeral arrangements.
