Janet (Nettie)COWANCOWAN - Janet (Nettie) McWhirter (nee Murray) formerly of Sanquhar, Lintseedridge Farm and St Andrews Gardens, Dalry, Ayrshire and Hammond Farm, Maghaberry, County Antrim passed away peacefully at Craigavon Area Hospital, Northern Ireland on 20th January 2022. Widow of William, much loved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and sister-in-law. The funeral service will take place at Masonhill Crematorium, Ayr on Saturday 29th January at 12 noon followed by refreshments at Savoy Hotel, Ayr to which all family and friends are welcome. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Scotland's Dementia Charity: www.alzscot.org/ or Friends of the Cancer Centre direct online at www.friendsofthecancercentre.com or by cheque c/o Dowler's Funeral Services, 7 Cherryhill, Lisnaskea, County Fermanagh, BT92 0LE.
