Jerry suddenly and unexpectedly passed away on 23rd May 2025 aged 79.
He lived a rich and full life until the very last and will be sorely missed. He had a successful career in science publishing and was awarded an MBE for his work in 2010.
After retirement, Jerry became deeply involved in arts and culture. He served as a trustee, board member, adviser and benefactor to a number of high profile and grass roots organisations in Bristol. He also generously supported charities in a broad range of other sectors.
The funeral will be at St Mary Redcliffe on Wednesday 9th July at 1pm.
