Special thanks to the Funeral Directors of Hetherington Funeralcare, Normanby. They were so helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble. They conducted the funeral with such care and efficiency. Many thanks also to Father Terry Leathley of St. John's Church, South Bank for a beautiful uplifting service. Finally thank you so much for all the help from Jonathan's employers at Sky, all the lovely cards of condolence and all the donations which raised £430 for Shelter.
