GeoffreyCRONSHAWIt is with deepest sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Geoffrey Cronshaw, formerly of Cronshaw's Newsagents, Stanley Street, Accrington, recently of Balmoral Road, Accrington on Sunday 27th July 2025 at the Royal Blackburn Hospital.

Geoff was: a loving husband to Josie, a wonderful father to Mark, Jane, Ian and Neil, beloved grandad to Hannah, Daniel, Noah and Alex, friend to many and an Accrington newsagent for over 30 years.

The funeral will be held at St Mary's Oswaldtwistle, BB5 3EZ on Monday 11th August at 10.00am followed by a burial at Accrington Cemetery, BB5 6HA at 11.30am and afterwards at Burnley Road Bowling Club, BB5 6DW.
