JacquelineCROOKSuddenly but peacefully on Tuesday 8th April 2025 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Jackie aged 81 years of Clayton, now reunited with her beloved husband Mike, the dearly loved and treasured mum of Samantha, Rachel and the late Elizabeth, a dear mother in law of Andy and Graham, a much loved and cherished nana of Tommy, Matt and Libby, a dearly loved and cherished great nana to Grace, also a loving sister to Christine.

Jackie will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends.

Funeral service to take place at Keele Cemetery Community Room, Keele Road , Newcastle ST5 5AB on Monday 12th May 2025 at 11.00am prior to interment at Newcastle Cemetery.

Would friends wishing to attend kindly meet at Keele Cemetery.

Family flowers only please; donations would be preferred in memory of Jackie to the British Heart Foundation.

A donation box will be available at Keele Community Room should anyone wish to make a donation on the day.
