Ann MaryCROSBYAnn passed away peacefully at the Mercy Care Centre on the 7th March 2026, aged 89.

Loving wife to the late Pat Crosby, dedicated mother to Daniel and Catherine and mother in law to Claire and Kirk. Ann's 3 grandchildren, Joe, Elizabeth and Sophie enjoyed a loving and inspirational Grandma.

Ann was an eclectic and vibrant person, she loved her career teaching in Derby schools, volunteered and fund raised for many charities, worked for the NDP and served on the City Council, travelled the world and rambled the Peak District. She loved people, life, Derby and Derbyshire.

Many thanks to the staff of the Mercy Care Centre and The Royal Derby Hospital for consistently giving Mum excellent care with kindness.

Private funeral arrangements.
