GeoffreyCROWTHERSusan, Sarah and family would like to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy, letters and cards of condolence, beautiful flowers and donations received for Kirkwood Hospice in their recent sad loss of a much-loved husband, dad, father in law and grandad. Special thanks to Simon Ball and St Bartholomew's Choir for their musical input. Grateful thanks are also extended to Rev John Dracup and Rev John Radcliffe for their visit, kind words and wonderful service together with the Marie Curie Sitting Service for their support.
