Patricia AnnCULLPat Peacefully on the 17th of March Pat of Cilfynydd formerly Mountain Ash passed away at Royal Glamorgan Hospital aged 68 years. Beloved wife of Wayne and cherished mam to Joanne and Clare. A much loved nan to Sydney, Jake and Rhys. She will be sadly missed by all of her family and many friends. A memorial service will take place at a later date which all family and friends are warmly invited to attend to celebrate and remember Pat.
