TerryCUNNINGHAMVal wishes to express her sincere gratitude to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their support during Terry's illness and to everyone who kindly sent messages of sympathy and donations in his memory to the Hospice of the Good Shepherd which totalled £1,150. Special thanks also to the staff at Crawfords Walk Nursing Home, Dr Mills of The Elms Surgery and the District Nurses for all their help during his illness.
