EvaCUSACKCUSACK The family of the late EVA MARY CUSACK wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their very kind thoughts of sympathy, beautiful floral tributes and donations for RNID received in their recent sad loss of a dear mother and nan. Special thanks to all Staff on Ward 11b at Southport District General Hospital for their every care and attention. Grateful thanks also to Rev Simon Glynne and Elaine Jones for their kind ministrations and Alan Rimmer, Pat and all Staff of Moisters for their help and dignified funeral arrangements.
