HelenCUTHBERTFollowing the sad loss of her mum, Helen, daughter Helen would like to thank everyone for their cards, messages of sympathy, support and prayers. Thanks to all who came to pay their respects at New Cumnock Parish Church and Holmsford Bridge Crematorium. Thanks to Rev John Paterson for conducting the services and him and other colleagues for their support, to Alex Muir, funeral director for undertaking the arrangements in a kindly, smooth and professional manner and to the Park Hotel, Kilmarnock, for the funeral tea. Special thanks to the army of 'care-givers' who looked after mum in various ways for their professionalism, compassion and care: the staff of Ayr, Crosshouse and Cumnock Hospitals, District Nurses, medical and clerical staff of New Cumnock Surgery, Community Alert, paramedics, Home from Hospital Care Team, therapists and social workers. Finally, thanks to those who gave a donation in mum's memory - the sum of £831 was raised which will be shared by St 16, Ayr Hospital and the Elderly Mental Health Liaison Team.
