Ernest WilfredDARLINGTONThe Darlington family and the Morgan family wish to announce the sad news that Ernest Wilfred Darlington (senior) has died. Wilf, as he was known, passed away at Cherry Tree House, Romiley, at the age of 95 years, on 11.08.2017. He was a resident of Cherry Tree House for more than two years. Recently widowed of Sheila, he is survived by his brother, Clifford, his son Wilfred, and his daughter, Rosamund. Wilf was also fortunate to be blessed with five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, all of whom, will miss him very much. The funeral service will take place at Stockport Crematorium (Rowan Chapel) on Friday 1st September 2017 at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please donations if desired to The Brain Tumour Charity.
