Special thanks to the Doctors and Practice Team (past and present) at Shepley Surgery for caring for Dereke for 22 years and Sandra, his Diabetic Nurse. We are grateful to the Operating Team and Intensive Care Unit at HRI for trying so hard to save Dereke. Thanks to Brigid Harbour, the Humanist Celebrant for her portrayal of Dereke's life and finally thank you to Skelmanthorpe Male Voice Choir for their wonderful singing.
