Passed away peacefully on 23rd June, aged 70 years.
Pat was the life and soul of the party - warm, vibrant and full of laughter.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, including her family, friends and everyone whose lives she touched.
A funeral service to celebrate Pat's life will take place on Thursday 10th July at 2:15pm, at Thornton Crematorium, followed by a reception at Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa, Southport Old Road, Formby, L37 0AB
