Joseph JoeyDAVIESDAVIES Joseph 'Joey' Peacefully on Sunday 19th March in Woodgate, Queensland, Australia, Joey Davies formerly of Carmarthen, at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Sally and much loved father of seven children. Joey attended Carmarthen Gram. A great rugby player, he played for Wales Schoolboys at international level. A regular team member of the Carmarthen Quins, he was selected as prop for their 'Dream Team' a few years ago. Joey worked in the Path Lab at the hospital before emigrating to New Zealand in the 1960s and then retired in Australia.
