EricDAVIESMR Eric Davies, of Mayfair Close, Helmshore, died on Tuesday, August 6, at Royal Blackburn Hospital, aged 79. He worked as a personnel manager and works manager in the engineering industry. He was heavily involved in Haslingden Swimming Club for 44 years. He was a family man who loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He leaves his wife Jeanne, children Wayne and fiancee Sharon, Julie, granddaughter Jessica, grandsons Liam, Harry and Noah, and greatgrandchildren Poppy and Hugh. The funeral service, conducted by David Ireland, will be held on Tuesday, August 20, at Accrington Crematorium, at 3pm. Donations to Klinefelter Syndrome Association.
