I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Gill, please accept my sincere condolences from all of us here at Tŷ Hafan. Gill was a very special person and we can see from your Tribute page they were dearly loved by all of their family and friends. They will be missed. 

At Tŷ Hafan, the diagnosis of a life-shortening illness turns everyday life upside down for families, leaving them facing a future that is so different to the one they imagined. Your generosity means they can receive the care and support they need. Thanks to you, they can create a lifetime of memories in the time they have together, just like your memories of Gill. I hope that gives you some comfort during this sad time.
