Geoffrey PhilipDAVISDied 1st April 2011 aged 84 Years, in Cheltenham after a long illness. Loving Husband of Margaret and Father of Helen and Philip. Old Cheltonian, Founder and proprietor of Cheltenham Squash Rackets Club and lifelong sportsman, he will be remembered fondly and missed deeply by many. The Funeral service will take place at Cheltenham College Chapel on Monday 11th April at 12.00pm. Family flowers only please and donations to UNICEF, may be sent c/o Mason and Stokes, 54 Hewlett Road, Cheltenham, Glos, GL52 6AH.

We have wonderful memories of Geoff & Margaret from the 1970’s when active squash club players. They created a great sport & social club and Geoff played a mean game of “ liar dice!” Important part of our lives. Greg & Christine Porter

A great sportsman and gentleman. He will be much missed, but forever much talked about by those fortunate enough to have shared his multifarious interests, both on and off the squash court.
