So please forgive me for the tears I weep. The service will take place on Monday the 15th October at St Johns Church Fishponds at 12pm followed by a grave side service at 1.30pm at Avonview Cemetery. Family flowers only and donations if desired to Southmead Kidney Dialysis and Bristol Heart Institute.
