Melanie LeliaDAWSONPassed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday 12th October 2018 aged 75 years. Happily married for 53 years to Mick. Loving Mum of Owen and the late Michelle. Cherished Mother-in-Law to Emma and a treasured Grandma to both Joshua and Jessica. A funeral to celebrate the life of Melanie will be held at Woodlands Crematorium on Monday 29th October at 1:20pm. Family flowers only but donations may be made in lieu to The British Heart Foundation in memory of Melanie. All enquiries to Co-op Funeralcare, 2 Bottesford Road, Scunthorpe. Tel. 01724 843150.

Very sorry to hear the news about Melanie. Such a character, was a regular customer in the shops I worked in in Ashby. Wore her heart on her sleeve and she never changed. What you saw is what you got, a genuine person. Condolences to Mick and their son. Now reunited with Michelle RIP Mel.
