John ThomasDAWSON(Jack) May, Caroline, John and family would like to express thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for messages of condolence and flowers received following the sad loss of our beloved Jack. Special thanks also go to the staff of Ward 24, University Hospital of North Tees for their care of Jack, Crake and Mallon Funeral Service and Rev. Denis Mitchinson for their kind attention and support, all the staff at Aspen Gardens, Hardwick for the great care and concern they have shown to us and Teesside Golf Club for their tribute to Jack.
