TracyDEMPSTERPassed away in her sleep at Derriford Hospital on 17th February 2019. Darling wife of Steve. Mum to Jimmy, Ben and Emma. A most treasured grandmother. Always my Pocket-Rocket. Funeral service to take place at Efford Crematorium on Tuesday 5th March at 3.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu for St. Luke's Hospice may be left by retiring collection.
