EileenDENTONDENTON - EILEEN. Thomas and Amanda would like to thank family, friends and special Sisters and Brothers, for the tremendous support they have received following the sad loss of their mum Eileen. The words of support in cards and letters from people both past and present, has helped them to know that their loss was shared by many. Your attendance at the church gave us comfort and strength. We also send our appreciation to all the Nurses and Doctors at H.R.I. and in the Community who have cared for Mum in the past and especially to Dr. Peter Faulkner at Fieldhead Surgery, Golcar, we thank you most sincerely for your constant and continued support over the many years. We also send our thanks to Professor Lodge and his team at The Bexley Unit, St. James' Hospital, Leeds, who gave Mum a chance she had to take. Heartfelt thanks go to Canon Martyn Crompton and Gini and the church family at St. John's, Golcar for such a personal tribute and comforting Service, of which we know Mum would have approved. To Tony Dalton at The Taylor Funeral Service, thank you for being so accommodating and efficient with your care and attention, and to The Pennine Manor at Scapegoat Hill for the excellent hospitality. Finally for the donations in lieu of flowers to "Small Steps" at Ellerslie, where they will be put to excellent use.
