David (Dave)DERBYPassed away peacefully on Saturday 29th August 2015, aged 79 years. Devoted husband to the late Thelma, loving dad to Karen and the late Dean. Special Father-in-law to Mick Odell and a wonderful grandad to Matthew and Abbie Perrin. He also had a special place in his heart for Rebecca Alcock (nee Osborne) who was like another daughter to him. Funeral Service will take place at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Tuesday 22nd September at 2.15pm. Family flowers only please, donations may be made in memory of David to Cancer Research UK. The family would like to say a special thank you to Dr Patterson of Castle Mead for her dedicated care of David and also the staff at the George Eliot Hospital in both Alexandra Ward and the Intensive Care Unit.
