A dearly loved Wife and Mam.

Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 22nd October at the Lelley Fields Crematorium 12.00 noon (Birch Hall).

Family flowers only please but donations if desired for British Heart Foundation, collection plate at the service.

By Elaine's request bright clothing would be preferred.
