Special thanks to the doctors and nurses on Ward 2, Leighton Hospital for their kindness and care, also special thanks to St Christopher's home carers for the care and support for Daniel and the family. The family would like to thank everyone for attending the funeral and for the many sympathy cards received at this sad time.
