RitaDEVLINDEVLIN The immediate family of the late Rita Devlin, age 57 years, who was taken too soon, on the 17th September, 2008, would like to thank all, for the kind expressions of sympathy, for the kind offers of support and the cards and flowers received. The kindness shown to us has been astounding and has given us the strength to keep going after the heartbreaking loss of such a special person that was Rita. Rita was loved by many and was such a kind, caring and charitable person and she would be so grateful to the many people that have supported her family at this time. Rita was fortunate to have so many great friends, and we would like to give a special thank you to Jackie, Helen, Lynda, Pamela, Liz, Rosemae and Pauline who have been exceptional. We really are so grateful to you all. Many thanks also to Michael Lafferty for his wonderful and appropriately amusing tribute at the funeral service and thanks to the Rev. Horsburgh for conducting a very lovely service, Rita would have had a chuckle at the humour. It was just up her street. Many thanks also to the Dreghorn Bowling Club for the use of the hall and to the Co-operative Funeralcare, Irvine, for the funeral arrangements. Rita was a very special person, with a heart of gold and will always be missed and loved by her family.
